AI/ML Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking talented and motivated AI/ML Engineers to join our dynamic team in Austin, TX. This is a full-time, in-office position. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying advanced machine learning models, including agentic AI models, to solve complex problems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into our products and services, driving innovation and enhancing user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement machine learning models for various applications, including natural language processing, document processing, and agentic AI tasks.
• Build, test, and deploy agentic models that can plan, reason, and autonomously execute tasks with minimal human intervention.
• Develop solutions that can read, extract, and process information from diverse document formats.
• Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to develop scalable solutions for model training and deployment.
• Utilize Python and Java for programming tasks related to model development and integration.
• Manage data pipelines using ETL processes to ensure high-quality data for model training.
• Work with big data technologies such as Spark to process large datasets efficiently.
• Design and maintain databases that support machine learning initiatives.
• Monitor model performance post-deployment and iterate on improvements based on feedback and data analysis.
•  Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML, document AI, and agentic AI technologies.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in natural language processing and document processing techniques and applications.
• Demonstrated experience building agentic AI models.
• Strong programming skills in Python; experience with Java is a plus.
• Experience in developing models that can read and extract data from structured and unstructured documents.
• Experience in model training, evaluation, and deployment in production environments.
• Familiarity with cloud services such as Azure, AWS, etc for deploying machine learning solutions.
• Knowledge of big data frameworks like Spark for handling large-scale data processing.
• Understanding of database design principles to support machine learning workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• A specialization in AI/ML, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.
